Please read before making a booking.

BY USING MEET FANS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Refund Policy

You may request a refund if you cancel your booking "no later than 72 hours before the meet up".

However any payment made direct to a Celebrity or Celebrity support person at the meet up is NON REFUNDABLE.

To cancel your booking and request a refund, you must email your Booking Details to support@meetfans.com no later than 72 hours before the meet up and you will receive a full refund (less $7.95 admin fee if the Booking fee is $19.95 or more).

Note. Bookings cannot be changed or transferred to another name (due to the identity requirements when making a booking).

Please only make a booking if you accept this policy.

2. You "the Fan" will need a credit card to make a booking and may need to pay an additional CASH or Credit card payment at the meet up (depending on the type of payment method used). Please check the Celebrity MEET FANS page for further information.

3. START MEET UP (3 STEP ID CHECK)

Please complete the below with the Celebrity or support person at the start of your meet up.

Note: You the "Contact fan or gift recipient" must show a copy of your Booking Details to the Celebrity or support person at the start of your meet up (a copy will be available in your Fan login under Bookings) and agree to the following.

STEP 1. PHOTO ID

You ”the Registered Fan” must show the same Photo Identification to the Celebrity or support person used when registering as a fan and when making a booking OR if you are not attending the meet up your nominated Gift recipient must present Photo Identification (matching the Gift recipient name on the Booking Details page) at the start of your meet up. Accepted forms of Photo Identification include a valid and current Drivers license, Passport, State or National ID Card, Military Card, Student Card or Proof Of Age Card.

STEP 2. DIGITAL SIGNATURE 

You "the Registered Fan" or nominated gift recipient displayed on the Booking Details page must agree to sign your Digital Signature on the Celebrity or support person mobile device (for Identification purposes only). 

STEP 3. PHOTO WITH CELEBRITY 

The Celebrity or support person will ask you the "Contact fan or gift recipient" on the Booking Details page to take a photo with the Celebrity that clearly shows you the "Contact fan or gift recipient" and the Celebrity in the same photo which will be uploaded to the Celebrity MEET FANS secure admin area (for Identification purposes only).

Note: The Celebrity may be accompanied by a support person/s and you "the Fan/s" and or gift recipient/s agree and without reservation for the Celebrity or support person/s to video and or take photos at the meet up for security, social media and identification purposes.

Please pay the meet up fee as described on your Booking Details page to the Celebrity or support person.

4. ADDRESS DETAILS

You "the Registered Fan" will receive the full address details of your meet up after you have made a booking OR a note explaining when you will receive them.

PLEASE NOTE: The Celebrity may change the meet up address to a nearby location (for security and privacy purposes) up to 90 minutes before the meet up (within a 15 minute drive of the original suburb) and you will be notified of any changes in your MEET FANS Email up to 90 minutes before your meet up.

* Please login to your MEET FANS Email within 90 minutes of your meet up to check if there has been an address change.

5. NO SURPRISE FANS ALLOWED

You "the Fan/s" and or gift recipient/s agree to not share your meet up time & address details with anybody or entity who is not part of your meet up group. If this occurs, the Celebrity or support person reserves the right to CANCEL your meet up without refund and your MEET FANS membership will be CANCELLED and black listed against any further use.

6. EXPENSES

You "the Fan/s" and or gift recipient/s agree to pay all of your own expenses (which are not included in the MEET UP description) on top of your Total booking price. For example; if you make a booking to play a game of golf with a Celebrity, you will be responsible for your own green fees and or any other related expenses unless otherwise stated on the Celebrity MEET FANS page.

7. DATES, TIMES, CURRENCY

All meet up dates and times are in local time according to the meet up location displayed on the Celebrity MEET FANS page (unless stated otherwise).

All prices are displayed in US Dollars.

However, if a CASH payment is required at your meet up, you have the option to pay in either US Dollars or the local currency for the equivalent amount. Please bring the exact amount (no change will be available).

8. ONLINE VIDEO CHAT

Online video chat bookings are United States Eastern Standard Time (EST) unless stated otherwise on the Celebrity MEET FANS page.

9. PLEASE RESPECT THE CELEBRITIES TIME

Please arrive at your meet up at least 10 minutes before your meet up time (or as requested on the Celebrity MEET FANS page) and respectfully end the meet up at the designated time.

Please Note: Late arrivals and non arrivals will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

10. MEET AT OWN RISK

By using MEET FANS you "the Fan/s and Gift Recipient/s and Celebrities and Celebrity Support Person/s" agree to and without reservation to not hold MEET FANS in any way shape or form responsible for anything that may or may not occur directly or indirectly through your use of the MEET FANS website and app, and agree to use MEET FANS as an independant third party online booking platform provider only.
